A perpetual fallback license is a software license that allows you to use software without an active monthly or yearly subscription.

When you purchase a StartKit.AI, you will be able to receive updates and support for 1 year. After that, you can continue to use last version of the software you received indefinitely.

If you want to receive updates and support after the year is up, you can renew your license at 50% of the original purchase price.

Using a perpetual fallback license ensures that you can continue to use the the StartKit.AI code, even if you decide not to renew your license. The renewal fee for updates and support after the original year means that we will be able to continue to develop and maintain the software indefinitely.
